A graduate of James Madison University with a degree in business administration, as well as certifications from Recruitment and Hiring Training, Field Management Training and Motivation & Leadership Training programs, Anthony brings diverse educational and work experiences to Lifeplan Services. With more than a dozen years in residential real estate sales, staffing, construction and operations, most recently for a national Active Adult community builder, Anthony has a proven track record of detail orientation and customer satisfaction. His work with multiple senior communities in a challenging economy has been instrumental in helping them to remain in compliance with complex Independent Living and Health Services covenants.

Natasha L. Tack
VP of Sales & Marketing / Lead Senior Consultant
Natasha has established a 15+ year proven track record of increasing revenue, occupancy, staff productivity and resident satisfaction for Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Memory Care (CCRC) communities nationally. Based in Tampa, Natasha has had the pleasure of working in 27+ states throughout her career as a consultant. Her extensive real estate background of over 13+ years provides her with a vast understanding of client portfolios. Natasha is able to make positive long lasting changes in overall company culture and employee morale, as well as efficiency and longevity, through detailed evaluations and by identifying key areas of improvement before achieving measurable results.

As an on-site and remote sales specialist, Natasha has worked in the trenches of selling, while developing and leading sales teams. Her specialties include, but are not limited to, data analysis and client needs assessments, as well as sales training and development programs.

Lisa is a passionate advocate for the senior living market. Based in Philadelphia, she has established 10+ years of success working with onsite sales teams to increase occupancy and census for all levels of care. As a proven sales team trainer, strategic negotiator, manager and motivator, she is able to coach and train sales teams on the importance of using CRM for optimum database management to shorten the sales cycle, often providing specialized CRM assessments. Lisa is a savvy, remote sales trainer who has worked extensively with "Blue Sky" projects, community expansions and communities that need occupancy recovery. Her specialties include, but are not limited to, marketing and sales, branding, event planning, community outreach and customer service training.
Tom Senger

Senior Consultant
Tom has over 14 years of experience in senior living sales and marketing, working in both entry-fee and rental communities throughout the Southeastern United States. Tom has served in many capacities in senior living including as a Director of Sales and Marketing in greenfield communities and as a Regional director of Sales and Marketing helping to support various sales teams and communities.
Prior to getting into senior living, Tom served as the head of new business development for four different advertising agencies, most notably as a founding partner of Elberson Senger Shuler in Charlotte. Tom is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and resides in Charlotte.
