Sales
Through a detailed understanding of what drives seniors and their adult children to make a move into a community, we are able to make an impact immediately. We can assist with onsite sales or to fill interim roles such as maternity or extended leave of absence, as well as working remotely by hosting virtual presentations with or for our sales teams.
Training
We provide phone training and sales training while teaching relationship building skills and the importance of database and pipeline management. Whether onsite or virtual, our training is available to assist in moving prospects forward by connecting and building the relationship first, overcoming call reluctance, while handling objections and setting next steps.
Hiring
